At Margaret’s Fine Consignment, we take pride in the authenticity and quality of our curated fashion; however, due to the unique nature of consignment, all sales are final unless an item has been significantly misrepresented.

Return Process

  Review Your Purchase

  Carefully inspect your items upon delivery to ensure they match the description and condition noted at the time of purchase.

  Contact Our Team

  If you believe an item was misrepresented, email our support team within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and detailed photos of the concern.

• 3.
  Receive Authorization

  Wait for our authentication experts to review your claim; if approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

• 4.
  Ship the Item Back

  Securely package the item with all original tags attached and ship it back to our boutique within 5 business days of receiving your authorization.
